On the morning of July 16, the Tianjin stop of the 2025 Xinjiang Kashgar·Jia Shi New Plum Long-Distance Promotion Event, themed "The Timeless Charm of Jia Mei in Tianjin," was grandly launched at Tianjin HIGREEN. Lou Qiang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Jia Shi County Party Committee and Head of the Publicity Department; Lu Kuiyong, Deputy Head of the Publicity Department of the Jia Shi County Party Committee; Xie Qi, Secretary-General of the Kashgar Region New Plum Industry Association; Liu Zongyu, Chairman of Tianjin HIGREEN; and 50 fruit distributors from the HIGREEN market jointly attended the event.

In his speech, Lou Qiang stated that Jashi boasts a uniquely advantageous natural environment, and the Xinmei plums are nurtured precisely in such a superb setting. Every bite is brimming with sweetness and health, truly a precious gift from nature. Today, the Xinmei plum industry in Jashi has become a key driving force behind local rural revitalization and represents a “new hope” for farmers to increase their incomes. This trip to Tianjin is not only an opportunity to recommend this exquisite fruit to everyone, but also a chance to forge deep friendships. We sincerely invite Tianjin HIGREEN and all the distributors present here to visit Jashi County in Xinjiang for a fact-finding mission and collaborative exploration, working together to boost the development of Jashi’s Xinmei plum industry.

In his speech, Lu Kuiyong provided a detailed introduction to the new, comprehensive industrial development model for HIGREEN plums that Jiashi has established, as well as the brand’s value. He stated that, with the deepening cooperation between Jiashi County and the Tianjin HIGREEN Market, more high-quality agricultural products will enter Tianjin, enabling more consumers to savor the deliciousness and health benefits of Jiashi, Xinjiang.

At the event site, the People's Government of Jashi County signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Higreen（Tianjin）Logistics of Agricultural Product CO.,LTD. Meanwhile, the Kashgar Region New Plum Industry Association reached preliminary cooperation intentions with Shihao Trading Co., Ltd. and Dabao Premium Fruit Industry respectively. The achievement of these collaborative outcomes has laid a solid foundation for Jashi’s new plums to enter the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei market.

After the signing ceremony, Lou Qiang and his delegation visited the park’s digital exhibition hall, the imported fruit trading area, and the e-commerce livestreaming base. They exchanged views on the sales performance of Xinjiang’s specialty agricultural products and feedback from the target audience. To ensure that the strategic agreement is truly implemented and yields tangible results, both sides discussed and advanced a joint action plan, thereby establishing a solid bridge for bringing Jiashi’s new plums into Tianjin.

Next, as a national key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization and one of the largest agricultural product distribution hubs in northern China, Tianjin HIGREEN will continue to build cooperation platforms, injecting new momentum into deepening and expanding exchanges and cooperation between Tianjin and Gansu in the agricultural product sector, and jointly accelerating the takeoff of the specialty agricultural product industry.
