On June 7, Higreen（Tianjin）Logistics of Agricultural Product CO.,LTD and SF Express (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement and held a launching ceremony. Zhang Yongtao, Deputy District Mayor of Jinghai District, attended the event and delivered a speech. Kang Xuezhi, Party Secretary and Director of the District Bureau of Commerce, as well as Second-Level Inspector; Wang Bingjian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Mayor of Jinghai Town; Lian Yu, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Mayor of Jinghai Town; Liu Zongyu, Chairman of Higreen (Tianjin); and Yang Guanghui, General Manager of SF Express (Tianjin), also attended the event. The symposium was chaired by Nie Dongfang, General Manager of Higreen (Tianjin).

During the symposium, Chairman Liu Zongyu reported on the park’s recent development progress, with particular emphasis on the park’s ecological closed-loop system featuring “online livestreaming sales, community group-buying fission, and intelligent cloud warehousing fulfillment.”

General Manager Yang Guanghui introduced SF's business layout, technological investments, and team building in the Tianjin region, with a particular focus on outlining the business blueprint for cooperation with Tianjin HIGREEN.

Vice District Mayor Zhang Yongtao, on behalf of the District Party Committee and the District Government, highly praised the cooperation between the two sides and expressed his hope that in future collaborations, both sides will further strengthen the joint development of a digital supply-chain hub, integrate SF Logistics' distribution channels with HIGREEN's advantages in agricultural product aggregation, and jointly build a livestreaming e-commerce hub for agricultural products in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

The cross-sector collaboration between HIGREEN and SF Express is not merely a commercial partnership—it’s a “deep-water bomb” dropped into the e-commerce and supply-chain sectors for agricultural products. Leveraging SF Express’s well-developed land and air transportation networks, Tianjin HIGREEN’s Douyin instant retail service will usher in an era of “next-day delivery” nationwide. It will become a reality for consumers across China to place an order tonight and have their fresh produce on the table by tomorrow night. As a result, the competitive landscape of fresh-food e-commerce will quietly shift from the traditional model—“platform subsidies to attract traffic → high losses passed on as costs → uncontrollable quality”—to a new ecosystem characterized by “logistics efficiency defining the user experience → loss control driving profitability → data feeding back to enhance product quality.” This collaboration, which began with accelerated logistics, will evolve into a historic process of reevaluating the value of agricultural products: vegetables picked early in the morning can appear in Douyin livestreaming rooms by evening; specialty fruits from remote mountain villages can reach urban dining tables the day after they’re harvested. What we’re witnessing isn’t just commercial innovation—it’s the emergence of a new agricultural civilization that champions both fairness and efficiency.

Next, HIGREEN SF Cloud Warehouse will obtain certification as an official Douyin warehouse. Leveraging the park’s advantages in the distribution of fresh agricultural products, we will create a cluster zone for enterprises engaged in the entire industry chain—including live streaming, processing, and transportation—thus boosting the development of related sectors and the tertiary industry. The two parties will also collaborate to develop same-city dedicated routes, half-day delivery services, and high-frequency, scheduled dedicated transportation networks covering Tianjin City and the surrounding 200-kilometer radius. Together, we will build an inter-provincial trunk-line network that spans key regions such as North China, East China, and South China, breaking down regional logistics barriers. Using HIGREEN as the platform, we will facilitate the export of high-quality local products and the import of superior products from other regions.

We believe that the deep integration of HIGREEN’s industrial hub capabilities with SF Express’s capillary-like delivery network will undoubtedly accelerate the transformation of agricultural product e-commerce and supply chains, thereby speeding up the “time-and-space compression process” that brings produce directly from farms to dining tables.
