To help employees fully master the use of DeepSeek and DouBao, enhance the skill levels of all staff members, and support the park’s digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading, the Tianjin company held a unique training session on the use of DeepSeek and DouBao on the afternoon of February 21.

This training session was led by internal company instructors and provided a comprehensive, yet easy-to-understand introduction to AI, an initial overview of DeepSeek and DouBao, prompt-writing techniques, and the practical application of DeepSeek and DouBao. The on-site training covered everything from theoretical knowledge to hands-on practice—ranging from basic Word document editing and PPT creation all the way to using AIGC technologies to generate videos. “Before this training, I had only used DeepSeek for basic copywriting tasks,” said Wang Xizheng, a management trainee who has been with the company for over a year. “But after this session, I’ve learned about many additional features. In my future work, I’ll be leveraging functions like data integration and PPT generation. I’m confident that these new capabilities will provide me with more creative problem-solving approaches and greatly enhance my efficiency.” Song Henian, manager of the Asset Management Department, commented, “DeepSeek’s features are incredibly powerful—and most importantly, they offer a wide variety of innovative problem-solving ideas, significantly boosting our work efficiency.” Through lively interaction and exchange between the instructor and the participants, everyone agreed that starting the new year with a lesson on DeepSeek was both meaningful and highly rewarding, and that embracing new technologies in this way is truly worthwhile.

A total of 85 people participated in this training, including members of the leadership team, key employees at the supervisor level and above, and management trainees.
