Abstract
On the afternoon of November 1, Liu Ruiling, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Chairman of Hebei Land Port Group, and founder of Shijiazhuang International Land Port, led a delegation to Higreen(Tianjin)Logistics of Agricultural Product CO.,LTD for a research and exchange visit. Li Xinyue, Secretary of the Party Committee of Jinghai Town in Tianjin, and Liu Zongyu, Chairman of Higreen Tianjin, warmly welcomed the delegation and accompanied them throughout the visit. Through explanations in the exhibition hall and informal discussions, they jointly explored new opportunities for coordinated development of the regional logistics industry.
As the first stop of their调研, Liu Ruiling, Chairman of Hebei Land Port Group, and his delegation visited the digital exhibition hall of Tianjin HIGREEN. Through multimedia presentations, they gained a detailed understanding of the company’s innovative achievements in areas such as digitalization of agricultural product supply chains, technological upgrades in cold-chain logistics, and integrated e-commerce livestreaming services. Inside the exhibition hall, technological applications like the smart logistics platform and the agricultural product traceability system vividly demonstrated the company’s transformation path—empowering traditional logistics with “technology + service”—which sparked great interest among the visiting team.
Subsequently, the two sides held a special symposium and engaged in an in-depth exchange on launching a dedicated railway line for importing fruits from ASEAN. Li Xinyue, Party Secretary of Jinghai Town in Tianjin, on behalf of the local government, welcomed the visit by the Land Port Group. He stated: “Jinghai District is actively working to build itself into a regional logistics hub for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area. As a core platform, Tianjin HIGREEN aligns closely with the business layout of Hebei Land Port Group. We look forward to deepening cooperation between the two sides in areas such as the construction of inter-regional logistics channels and the optimization of multimodal transport systems.”
At the meeting, Liu Zongyu, Chairman of Tianjin HIGREEN, systematically introduced the company’s operational model and future plans, emphasizing that the company will leverage the strategic advantages of Tianjin Port to establish a dedicated railway line for importing fruits from ASEAN, thereby building an integrated “sea, land, air, and rail” logistics network. Liu Ruiling highly endorsed these initiatives and shared the company’s experience in operating China-Europe freight trains and developing inland dry ports, proposing a collaborative vision of "achieving cost reduction and efficiency enhancement in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics sector through resource integration."
This survey injects new momentum into the collaborative development of logistics enterprises in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Both sides unanimously agreed to take this exchange as an opportunity to accelerate practical cooperation in areas such as information sharing, joint operation of transportation routes, and co-establishment of standards, thereby helping Tianjin build a world-class logistics industry cluster.
Song Limin, Vice Chairman of Hebei Land Port Group, Guo Chunning, General Manager of Tianjin International Land Port, Lian Yu, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Mayor of Jinghai Town, Tianjin, Nie Dongfang, General Manager of Tianjin HIGREEN, and Guo Jun, Deputy General Manager of Tianjin HIGREEN, attended the symposium.
